Fix Dashboards bugs

There are some issues with the Dashboard functionallity, mainly not being able to save changes made to a dashboard or import it (exporting seems to be fixed). I tried saving a change that I made to fix the Log hyperlink in the Monitoring dashboard, which became broken in the 21.0.2-IF001 release, but after you refresh the page the change is not persisted even though a "Saved" notification was shown before.


In an attempt to get a dashboard working, I tried exporting the dashboard and importing it back again, to create a new one, but no matter what I tried the system reported a problem importing.
