Improve handling of default values for configuration options of custom Coach Views

When a new custom Coach View (CV) is created, configuration options of various data types can be added. When the CV is placed on a coach layout, it appears that default values for the configuration options are set, however, these values are actually null. For example, a boolean option displays a false when the CV is placed in a coach. In practice, this value is actually null unless the designer checks and then unchecks the option or sets the configuration option to a variable set as false. This is problematic as attempts to access the configuration options in the event handlers of the CV will throw errors if the value is null, unless the CV programmer has added defensive logic to manage or set null configuration options. The repetitive nature of this defensive programming for every CV's configuration option implies that it should be part of the product instead. Either a CV should automatically handle setting default values (first item on the list, false for booleans, 0 for integers, etc.) or the Process Designer should display that the configuration options are null until changed or set.

This could be partially solved with this RFE: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=30843.

This could also be solved like it is in "Positioning" section of Layout tab of Coach or Coach View. There could be an unset option and color diference: white when not set and gray when value is set.
