Improve error output after failure of profile creation

When running "BPMConfig.sh -create -de {properties file}" we encountered a crash resulting in (first attempt) a Java core dump then (second attempt) a thrown exception followed by a pile of stack trace output. It transpired that the Dmgr profile had been created fine but then the node "e01DevNode01" failed to be created. After raising a PMR and it escalating to the WAS code team, it transpired that something was complaining about lack of space on a filesystem - but it didn't say which filesystem or why; just the need for 17 megabytes of additional room. We had 7GB free under the install dir, and the root and temp directories looked ok. It turns out that the "javasharedresources" folder on /tmp needed to be populated with just a single 17MB file and this was the cause of the error. If the product could have returned a more meaningful report than just "not enough space on filesystem" then we would not have had to raise a PMR and the resolution time would have reduced from 4 days to just 5 minutes. The WAS system requirements web page did not highlight the need for this particular amount of space on this particular filesystem, so it took a good few resources to pin-point the problem accurately and then play around with increasing the filesystem size in several spaces, before the post-install finally worked ok. All that could have been avoided with some better output by the system. What made this difficult to debug was that after the failure, the "df" utility showed plenty of space on /tmp, so something must have cleaned up other files. Ironically if this hadn't happened we would instantly have seen /tmp at 99 or 100% usage, but we didn't - it showed about 100MB free at that point in time.
