Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notifications on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas that cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

MyWork in-basket when same user belongs to multiple roles
When the user belongs to two roles ('role1' and 'role'2) for the same case solution and the task is sent from 'role1' to 'role2', the same task is shown both in 'role2' in-basket and in 'role1' MyWork in-basket in Navigator.
Business users want to belong to multiple roles and clearly see in Navigator which task is 'personal' (claimed) work (MyWork in-basket) and which is currently assigned to a role (Role in-basket).
As a minimum, as a developer I should be able to check-mark in the case solution for the MyWork in-basket settings in Case Builder if it should also include work items from the same case solution roles if the user belongs to multiple ones.
