Blueworks space/diagram creator history

System: Blueworks Live
Actor: All Blueworks Live users
Currently, the history of who created a space or a diagram is lost as soon as another person edits the space or the diagram. The history of who created the space/diagram is important to us because if there are questions on the process, we don't know who to talk to about their diagram. Administrators have also experienced issues with not having this history because we have needed to move diagrams to their proper space and we don't know who the diagram creator is.

Thanks for your request Amy! Per our prior comment, this information is available today via the Excel export. But we recognize that's not ideal and so we'd like to make that information accessible within the user interface. Thanks!

Thanks for your request, Amy! The "Created Date" and the "Created By User" (as well as the Last Modified Date & Last Modified By User) are available on the "Items" tab of the excelSpace export for all of the artifacts (subspaces, blueprints, decisions, policies, process apps) within a space.

While this may be of some use, there is an alternative way to obtain this history.

You must be logged into BWL first, then in a separate tab run this:
    https://www.blueworkslive.com/scr/api/LibraryArtifact?returnFields=%2a&activeState=ACTIVE

Users and administrators will get the detail appropriate for their access/space permissions.
