Original Support Ticket: Blueworks provides multiple view options including tabs and a drop down. Views include All Process, Archived, Published Processes and others. Customer however have specific views for their organizations. Views needed for specific audiences. This could be a view of Models specific to a department, Models considered Key Processes, Models that relate to many various Projects and more. Currently the two option known to us are to either use the copy feature to reproduce models into a specific space view which is a very ugly solution or to duplicate our efforts into a tool like Microsoft SharePoint which would then provide this customizable view capability. Enhancement request is to provide users with a customizable view options based on Model details. Also increase the number of provided detail properties to best utilize this enhanced feature and capture more pertinent information in the metadata versus just the documentation. If it helps I attempted to include pictures to help explain in the attachment.
