Support ODM Rule Designer on MacOS

After upgrading to ODM 8.10.2, found out that RuleFlows and Decision Tables do not work on MacOS. So the recommended solution is to either use Decision Center or Windows VM to make changes. We would like for IBM to make the same functionality work in MacOS as Windows, and treat these as equal operating systems. I use a Mac and more and more people in my company and on my team are switching to Macs, so having to switch to a Windows VM to perform basic tasks is undesirable.

Hello, ODM does support macOS. ODM 8.11.x is required for the recent versions of macOS. And we're removing some of the initial limitations / pain points release after release. Stay tuned !
