Process Inspector: introduce sorting by execution time

This is related to case TS001709807. AVP customer VKB needs to change the sorting in Process Inspector. It is sorted by task ID, but they would need to sort by execution time, so that they can see the tasks in a chronological order.

Styling of Web Process Designer
