Edit or remove comments on case

In the current version, a user can add a comment to a case but there's no possibilities in the UI to edit or remove this comment. In the API, the comment object can be edited or removed but this is not exposed to business users.

If you set visibility to "Required" for a field in a CSHS, the system only puts in an asterisk. You have to do a lot of work to make it actually become a required field! If I set a field to Required, it should be Required!
