BPM should upgrade logging framework from log4j to log4j2

BPM is still using log4j version 1. Version 2 has been out for a few years now and has performance improvements and other improvements in it. The logger configuration file has a different syntax in version 2.

Need exception handling for user without DisplayName, i.e., user list cannot be shown for reassigning case. In version v18, no issue even there is account without DisplayName but it is not working after upgrade to v19.
